The Gainesville Area Chamber today launched a brand new gainesvillechamber.com. With the help of PHOS Creative, a local marketing agency, the site has been designed with members in mind and enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of Chamber communications. The new site is mobile friendly and offers a clean, streamlined look. The new site is a key component of the Chamber’s 2017 plans to enhance the way it informs and connects members. Today’s site launch marks the Chamber’s first website redesign since 2012.
At the new gainesvillechamber.com, members will find popular, familiar areas such as the Chamber’s event calendar, the member directory and Chamber news. The Chamber also will make the same news our members expect readily available via a new blog-style news section. For those who prefer to receive weekly updates, the ejournal will continue to hit your inbox every Tuesday morning at 6 a.m., and past issues will remain more readily accessible in a new more streamlined ejournal archive. New features include a brand standards page where Chamber brand assets can be found and downloaded.
Expect to see regular updates and improvements to the new site on an ongoing basis. In the meantime, to familiarize members with the new site, the Chamber will cover a different feature of the new site each week in coming ejournal issues. In the meantime, if you have questions about the new site or want to provide feedback, please email email@example.com or call the Chamber at 352.334.7100 and ask for Communications Director Alyssa Brown or Communications Coordinator Kayla Ellsworth.
